Frequently Asked Questions
Once you sign up you’ll get access to our members page on The Lewis Partnership website. This will contain details of all your benefits and how to redeem them. To redeem your food and drink discount at LP venues, you will need to sign up to our app, LP Rewards.
You can use your accommodation, food and beverage discount as often as you like. Please note discounts and offers provided by third parties may be subject to limitations.
Payment will be taken on the same day of the month that you signed up. For example, if you sign up on 1st September, your future payments will be taken on the 1st of each month. The same applies for annual memberships.
Yes, unless you inform us otherwise, payments will automatically be taken on a monthly or annual basis depending on which plan you selected upon sign up.
Yes, you can. Please note, if you decide to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to your LP Friends benefits up until the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for early cancellation.
Your friends are welcome to make use of your benefits so long as you are with them. Benefits cannot be transferred to and from different individuals, doing so may result in your membership being suspended.
Each year we’ll host a Summer BBQ & Christmas party for our members. Complimentary tickets are available for members and additional tickets can be purchased at friends and family rates for any non-members you wish to bring with you.
No, LP Rewards, our app, will continue to run as it currently does and as an LP Friend you will still be able to collect and redeem points in the app.
